Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship inventory using barcode scanners and RF technology
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA-certified training
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in WMS systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and 5S workplace organization standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory for all roles)
- Reliable transportation to our Charlotte facility
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including early mornings/weekends
