Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts
- Unload and sort incoming shipments efficiently
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation to North KC facility
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Availability for 8-hour day/evening shifts
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
