Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Load/unload trucks with proper safety techniques
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate records
- Maintain clean, organized workstations
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production goals
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to Northside Indy location
- Flexible schedule (OT available)
- Pass background/drug screen
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Willingness to learn new equipment
