Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy for client shipments
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and safety compliance
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams for daily fulfillment goals
- Participate in monthly inventory audits and cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to 580 10th St, Oakland
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
