Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts - training provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams during peak seasons
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Support facility maintenance and organization initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid state ID (driver's license a plus)
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to undergo immediate background checks
