Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Identify and report operational inefficiencies to supervisors
- Train new temporary staff during peak volume periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Flexibility to work overtime during peak periods
- Pass background check and drug screening
