Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage incoming/outgoing inventory with precision and accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and effectively
- Pick, pack, and ship orders to meet strict deadlines
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Availability to start within 48 hours of offer
- Basic computer literacy (inventory systems preferred)
