Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products using RF scanners and conveyor systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and digital records
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift certification provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to 7am-3:30pm shifts
- Background check required (felony case-by-case review)
- Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons
