Responsibilities
- Efficiently pack, label, and prepare shipments for distribution
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred)
- Maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Assist with receiving, sorting, and organizing incoming goods
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid California driver's license (required for forklift operation)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Plaza location
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
