Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of microservices architecture using AWS/GCP
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for 99.99% uptime and scalability
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Drive performance tuning and security hardening initiatives
- Document architecture decisions and technical specifications
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience with cloud-native applications
- Expert proficiency in Go, Python, or Java with distributed systems
- Deep AWS/GCP experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and serverless
- Proven track record of mentoring engineering teams
- Strong background in designing RESTful APIs and event-driven systems
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Immediate availability to start within 7 days
