Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud-native applications using Java/Python
- Lead API development and microservices architecture for enterprise clients
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and troubleshoot bottlenecks
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming and code reviews
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker
- Collaborate with UX teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Conduct system testing and resolve production issues within SLAs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience with Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization
- Proven track record of delivering production-ready enterprise software
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices patterns
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in fast-paced environments
