Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-native applications using AWS and Python
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high-quality standards
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and optimize system performance
- Troubleshoot complex issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technology roadmap planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with Python/Django
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and database design
- Proven track record of delivering projects in agile environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Bonus: Experience with DevOps tools (Terraform, Jenkins)
