Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce applications and integrations
- Customize Salesforce CRM with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow
- Optimize data models and ensure system performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Lead Salesforce implementations and major upgrades

Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning)
- Certification: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling and security
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
