- Manage $500K+ annual marketing budget with quarterly reporting to stakeholders
- Collaborate with sales team to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals
- Oversee content creation, email marketing automation, and CRM management
- Drive brand awareness and lead generation through innovative campaigns
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience with 3+ years in team leadership
- Proven track record of scaling B2B marketing campaigns in high-growth environments
- Expertise in Google Analytics, HubSpot, and marketing automation platforms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Exceptional project management abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
