Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows/Active Directory environments across 500+ endpoints
- Provide Tier 2-3 support for complex network, security, and cloud infrastructure issues
- Lead disaster recovery planning and implementation for mission-critical systems
- Manage Microsoft 365/O365 migrations and optimization for 15+ clients
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Python to streamline operations
- Document IT policies, procedures, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and licensing
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise IT support with Microsoft Azure/Office 365 expertise
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Advanced knowledge of Cisco networking and Fortinet security appliances
- Experience with SCCM, Intune, and endpoint management solutions
- Strong scripting abilities (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
- Valid driver's license and willingness for occasional on-site client visits
