Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues for enterprise clients
- Implement and maintain network security protocols
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid systems
- Provide 24/7 on-call support during critical incidents
- Document technical solutions and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system optimization
- Conduct periodic IT audits and vulnerability assessments
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA Security+ and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner required
- Expert knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Cisco networking
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
