Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and develop robust, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Node.js).
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the codebase and implement high-performance solutions to ensure optimal user experience.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code and lead technical code reviews to ensure best practices across the team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features on tight deadlines.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on full-stack development.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases is required.
- Cloud Knowledge: Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to debug complex issues under pressure.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
