Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ML pipeline development for fraud detection systems
- Design statistical experiments and A/B tests for product optimization
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models at scale
- Present findings to C-suite stakeholders using Tableau/Power BI
- Mentor junior data scientists on best practices
- Drive innovation in NLP and time-series forecasting
Qualifications
- 5+ years in data science with Python/R expertise
- Advanced degree in Statistics, CS, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating production-level ML projects
- Experience with AWS/GCP cloud environments
- Strong SQL and data warehousing knowledge
- Proven ability to translate business needs to technical solutions
