Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure backend APIs and microservices using Python and Go.
- Lead architectural decisions and mentor junior engineers on best practices and code quality.
- Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate APIs and ensure seamless user experiences.
- Optimize database performance and troubleshoot complex system issues in real-time.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with a deep understanding of RESTful APIs.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
