Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care with clinical excellence and compassion
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients/families on treatment plans
- Urgently respond to emergency situations
- Maintain strict infection control standards
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- ACLS preferred for critical care roles
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
