Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute/ICU settings
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Maintain detailed electronic health records
- Implement patient care plans and interventions
- Educate patients/families on health conditions
- Adhere to JCAHO and hospital protocols
- Respond to emergency situations calmly
Qualifications
- Active NV RN license required
- BSN degree (ADN with 2+ years experience)
- ACLS/BLS certifications
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- EMR proficiency (Epic preferred)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
