Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in high-acuity emergency settings
- Administer medications and treatment protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Document patient records with precision and timeliness
- Respond to critical situations using ACLS/BLS protocols
- Maintain strict infection control standards
- Educate patients and families on care plans
Qualifications
- Active Kentucky RN license (required)
- BSN or Associate's degree in Nursing
- 2+ years ER experience preferred
- ACLS/BLS certifications (must maintain)
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights
- EMR proficiency (Epic experience a plus)
