Responsibilities
- Provide critical care assessment and intervention for ICU/ER patients
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care planning
- Monitor and interpret patient vital signs and diagnostic results
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO and hospital protocols
- Participate in rapid response and trauma activations
Qualifications
- Active AZ RN license (compact license acceptable)
- Minimum 2 years ICU or ER experience
- ACLS/BLS certifications (required) and TNCC preferred
- BSN degree or higher (ADN candidates with experience considered)
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- Experience with Epic EHR system preferred
