Responsibilities
- Delve critical care in our 24-bed Cardiac ICU unit
- Administer specialized cardiac medications and interventions
- Monitor telemetry data and respond to emergency situations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Maintain precise electronic health records
- Mentor new nursing staff through our orientation program
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active AZ RN license with no disciplinary actions
- Minimum 2 years ICU/ER experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to work high-pressure 12-hour shifts
- Spanish bilingual preferred for diverse patient population
