Responsibilities
- Provide rapid assessment and critical care for emergency patients
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient care accurately in EMR system
- Maintain emergency equipment and supplies
- Educate patients and families on discharge plans
- Participate in trauma activations and code blue responses
Qualifications
- Current TN RN license required
- ACLS, BLS, and TNCC certifications
- Minimum 2 years ED experience preferred
- BSN degree strongly preferred
- Ability to work high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
