Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in ER, ICU, and Med-Surg units
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient vitals with precision
- Document patient records using advanced EHR systems

Qualifications
- Active WI RN license (compact license accepted)
- BSN or higher degree preferred
- 2+ years of acute care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Experience with Epic EHR systems
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
