Responsibilities
- Provide critical care to ICU/ER patients with advanced monitoring and intervention skills
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care accurately in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care plans
- Respond swiftly to emergency situations with rapid assessment and intervention
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Kansas
- BSN degree or higher preferred
- Minimum 2 years ICU/ER experience
- ACLS/BLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
