Responsibilities
- Provide advanced critical care for post-operative, trauma, and complex medical patients
- Administer specialized medications and life-support interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care planning
- Maintain precise electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Participate in rapid response and code blue emergencies
- Mentor new nurses and uphold unit safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active CA RN license with 2+ years ICU experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Experience with ventilators and hemodynamic monitoring
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- BSN preferred or commitment to obtain within 12 months
