Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced critical care to ICU patients with complex conditions

- Provide family education and emotional support during critical care
- Maintain strict infection control protocols in high-acuity settings
Qualifications
- Active CA RN license (required)
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 3+ years ICU experience considered)
- ACLS/BLS certifications (must be current)
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in fast-paced environment
- Experience with ventilators and hemodynamic monitoring
