Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced nursing care in 20-bed ICU unit
- Monitor and manage critically ill patients with ventilators
- Administer medications and perform complex procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient outcomes
- Document electronic health records with precision
- Provide patient/family education during critical care
- Participate in rapid response and code blue activations
Qualifications
- Current Louisiana RN license
- BSN or higher (MSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Ability to handle high-stress situations
- Excellent communication and teamwork
