Responsibilities
- Provide critical care for ICU patients with complex medical conditions
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs using advanced monitoring equipment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Document patient progress and maintain electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery processes
- Respond rapidly to emergency situations and perform life-saving interventions
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license (required)
- BSN degree or higher preferred
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience
- ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
