Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activities ensuring efficiency and quality standards
- Lead, train, and mentor team members to optimize performance
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate maintenance schedules
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with engineering teams for process enhancements
- Generate production reports and analyze KPIs
- Resolve operational bottlenecks proactively
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years in manufacturing supervision or leadership role
- Strong background in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Expertise in ERP/MRP systems (SAP experience preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting production targets
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
