Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using our modern POS system while maintaining cash handling security
- Manage inventory control, including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and markdown execution
- Uphold brand standards through store cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly with empathy and professionalism
- Participate in store opening/closing procedures and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (entry-level welcome!)
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts

- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology (POS systems)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
