Responsibilities

- Administer basic lab tests and specimen collection
- Schedule patient appointments and handle communications
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and clinic protocols
Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA/RMA)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic/Meditech a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
