Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and respond to help desk tickets within strict SLA guidelines.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new employee workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain an organized inventory of IT assets, software licenses, and supplies.
- Collaborate with the full-time IT team to resolve complex technical roadblocks.
- Conduct basic training sessions for staff on software usage and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in IT support, help desk, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic networking principles.
