Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and company data into internal databases and spreadsheets.
- Review and verify data for errors, omissions, or inconsistencies.
- Sort, file, and maintain physical and electronic records.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly reports and statistical data.
- Communicate with team members to clarify data requirements and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure all data entry deadlines are met with high precision.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; additional certifications in data management are a plus.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work 15-25 hours per week.
