Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 team members during overnight shift operations
- Ensure efficient loading/unloading of freight using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Implement inventory management protocols and cycle counting procedures
- Maintain OSHA compliance and safety standards across all work areas
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors for seamless workflow transitions
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate critical issues promptly
- Generate daily performance reports and productivity metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification required (valid OSHA certification)
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure environments
- Advanced knowledge of WMS systems and inventory control
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, including weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
