Responsibilities
- Oversee all night shift warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage team of 15+ warehouse associates with performance coaching and scheduling
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Optimize inventory management systems and reduce operational costs
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless workflow transitions
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Implement process improvements to increase productivity and accuracy
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in a 24/7 environment
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions
- Experience with OSHA reporting and incident investigation
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean record
