Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ night shift warehouse associates, ensuring safety protocols and efficiency
- Optimize inventory control systems and implement process improvements
- Coordinate with logistics teams for seamless dock operations
- Conduct daily performance reviews and corrective coaching
- Utilize WMS software for real-time inventory tracking
- Respond immediately to operational emergencies during shift
- Generate performance reports for senior management
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA certification and forklift operation skills required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
