Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment and inventory accuracy
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance for 24/7 warehouse operations
- Optimize loading/unloading processes for inbound/outbound freight shipments
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking and cycle counting
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with day shift teams and vendors
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide actionable feedback to staff
- Resolve operational bottlenecks to maintain 99.5% order accuracy
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift leadership
- Forklift certification and advanced equipment operation skills
- Proficient in WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure in 24/7 environments
- OSHA 30 certification and knowledge of safety regulations
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred for diverse team coordination
