Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control
- Lead and motivate a team of 10-15 warehouse associates
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems
- Coordinate with day shift management for seamless operations
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate critical issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Forklift certification and safety training
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during night hours
- Basic knowledge of supply chain management principles
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
