Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and team coordination
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols are strictly followed during all shift activities
- Train and mentor 10-15 night shift associates on equipment operation and procedures
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and real-time performance metrics
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless material handling and shipping processes
- Conduct daily shift briefings and performance reviews
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience, with night shift leadership background
- Forklift certification and advanced material handling equipment proficiency
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety standards
- Expertise in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory control processes
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure during peak operations
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying temperature conditions
