Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift team members in receiving, picking, and shipping operations
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance during overnight hours
- Optimize warehouse layout and inventory management systems for 24-hour efficiency
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide hands-on coaching to staff
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns to management
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory and workflow metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in overnight operations
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure during peak hours
- Valid forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
