Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ person night shift team, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Manage inventory control systems and order fulfillment processes
- Coordinate with day shift operations for seamless workflow transition
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Resolve operational issues and optimize warehouse efficiency
- Conduct shift briefings and performance evaluations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP preferred)
- Flexible schedule availability (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
