Responsibilities
- Oversee all night shift warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor 10-15 team members to maintain productivity and safety standards
- Coordinate with day shift managers for seamless workflow transitions
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies
- Prepare shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Forklift certification and equipment operation proficiency
- Knowledge of WMS inventory systems
