Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 team members during overnight operations (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Ensure accurate inventory management and order fulfillment
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS software
- Train and mentor new staff on equipment operation
- Coordinate with day shift team for seamless transitions
- Resolve operational issues in real-time
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid driver's license and clean record
- Flexible schedule availability
- Experience with forklift operation (certification a plus)
