Responsibilities
- Manage 8-12 person night shift team to achieve daily production targets
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Optimize inventory control and material flow systems
- Conduct shift handovers and daily performance reporting
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless operations
- Train new hires on equipment operation and safety standards
- Resolve operational issues and maintain quality control
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery proficiency
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Experience with WMS inventory systems
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed
