Responsibilities
- Oversee all warehouse operations during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Manage team of 8-12 associates, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics and inventory control systems
- Implement process improvements for operational efficiency
- Conduct daily safety audits and compliance checks
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment and procedures
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
- Generate nightly performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment proficiency
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- OSHA safety training certification preferred
- Experience with WMS inventory management systems
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
