Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ night shift staff during peak operations
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Coordinate inventory control and cycle counting
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficiency
- Resolve operational bottlenecks in real-time
- Train new hires on equipment and procedures
- Generate daily performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification (OSHA certified preferred)
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Spanish/English bilingual (required)
- Available for flexible night shifts (6PM-6AM)
