Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 10-15 night shift team members to achieve daily productivity targets
- Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, and accurate documentation
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless operational transitions
- Implement process improvements to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate critical issues promptly
- Conduct pre-shift safety briefings and performance evaluations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with night shift exposure
- Forklift certification and advanced inventory management skills
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in temperature-controlled environments
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) and weekends
